Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.

2. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting electrical equipment.

4. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations.

5. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians, mechanics, and operators.

6. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.

7. Use electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and circuit testers.

8. Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.

9. Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.

10. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance and repair records.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in the solar industry.

2. Completion of an apprenticeship program or a diploma in electrical technology.

3. Valid electrical license (e.g., 442A, 309A).

4. Experience working with electrical systems, including solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.

5. Strong understanding of electrical safety codes and regulations.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.

8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

9. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.

10. Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and circuit testers.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working on solar farms or industrial solar projects.

2. Knowledge of solar panel installation and maintenance.

3. Familiarity with inverter technology and troubleshooting.

4. Certification in solar panel installation or maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
