**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Finance Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing various financial activities within the organization. This includes handling financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role also involves analyzing financial data to support decision-making, improving financial performance, and driving operational efficiency. The Finance Executive works closely with senior management to provide insights into financial trends and help achieve the organization’s financial goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and investments to maintain financial health.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in financial planning, tax management, and strategic investment decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
