**Location: Pune Hinjewadi Phase-1 /Magarpatta OR Bangalore - Whitefield**

**Experience: 14-22 Years**

**As a Big Data Subject Matter Expert you’ll be an expert in their technology solutions space.**
- You should be able to design Technology strategy, delivery, skills and quality at an enterprise level. You should be able to share knowledge within Global markets:

- You should have previously played the role of an Enterprise Solution Architect/ Principal Architect/ Tech Evangelist/ Tech Master/ Tech Guru in your existing or previous roles. And you should have deep knowledge and expertise in building a multi year Big Data Technology roadmap and strategic execution plan for an enterprise.
- You have deep expertise in building secure, high-performing, and scalable Big data platforms and products. You have excellent leadership quality and know-how to recruit and retain top engineering talent. You have a strong understanding of engineering metrics and processes.

**We are looking for a leader who is**:

- Min 14 years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise Big Data solutions.
- Ability to hire, lead, mentor, and handle large technology teams.
- Extensive experience and Expert in at least one cloud technologies Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with on-prem vs cloud data distribution.
- Experience in architecting and designing Large Scale Big Data Solutions, implementation, and operations of OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, and NoSQL data storage technologies is preferred.
- Expert Database knowledge preferably in PostgreSQL, Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB is preferred. Along with a deep understanding of CAP theorem and making decisions on database choices.
- Expert in creating and executing Data Strategy at an enterprise level.
- Strong Knowledge of Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Parquet, Avro, etc.
- Very strong on at least one stream processing framework like Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Flink, etc.
- Extensive engineering expertise in measuring engineering OKRs, following best coding practices, and streamlining processes for frequent deployments.
- Hands-on Experience in Big Data architecture paradigms viz. Data Hub vs Data Lake, Kappa vs Lambda, Actor paradigms-Akka.
- Experience in Software Architecture paradigms viz. SOA RESTFul, SOA Microservices, Serverless, Distributed systems-Paxos, Consensus, Quorum, Checkpointing, and concurrency
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track.
- Some additional desired frameworks are HDF, NiFi, Sqoop, SSIS, LogicApps, Signiant, Aspera, MoveIT, Alteryx, Pentaho, IDQ, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and Datastage.
- Proven ability to drive large scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
- Experience with large-scale distributed data processing systems is strongly recommended.
