Commi Chef

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Commis 3** to join our kitchen team. As a junior member of the culinary staff, you will assist in food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and basic cooking tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of ingredients under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
- Follow kitchen protocols, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Store food items properly and label them accurately.
- Support the team in setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Formal culinary training is a plus.
- 0-1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.

**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to hot surfaces, sharp tools, and busy kitchen environment.
- Standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Shift work including weekends and holidays may be required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
