Accountabilities:
Must have professional experience in a product technology company, and your experience must have been in

Modern web languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Modern frontend Ux Design, Prototyping and Interaction Desing.

**Responsibilities**:

- A strong understanding of design thinking, lean methodologies, and agile software delivery.
- Deep understanding of design principles, user-centric and interactive design.
- Demonstrate design skills with a strong portfolio featuring examples of whatever you have got and are proud of - end to end product design, interaction design, sketches, storyboards, prototypes, visual design.
- Able to see the bigger picture, and how it can be delivered with exceptional user-centric design; but still care about the small things - that font is badly anti-aliased and not the right shade
- Some experience with front-end development is desirable as well as a general understanding of HTML, CSS & JS and Native apps
- Knowledge of motion design, as well as visual/interactive/motion design trends (this is about awareness of motion and how it impacts UX, and the presentation of UI)
- Ability to produce exceptional presentations of your design work
- In-depth understanding of capabilities of web browsers
- Create security and data protection settings
- Passionate about web app development, IIoT, startups and most importantly, to add value through cutting edge analytics.
- Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams.

Role:
Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications; communicate and agree on them with stakeholders

- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications as needed

- Produce high-quality visual designs and assets - from concept to execution, for different platforms at a variety of resolutions

- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions

- Take a lead on user research

- Influence, persuade and evangelize people, so one needs to have strong presentation/communication skills and a compulsion to listen.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
