Graphic Designer and Kindergarten Assistant

We are seeking a creative and compassionate **female graduate** to join our team as a **Graphic Designer and Kindergarten Assistant**. This unique dual-role position involves both the design of educational and therapy materials for children with special needs, as well as providing one-on-one support in a kindergarten setting when design work is not required.

**Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design Duties**:

- Create engaging and age-appropriate educational and therapy materials tailored for children with special needs.
- Collaborate with therapists and educators to understand specific child requirements and reflect them in visual design.
- Use digital tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality, print-ready materials.
- Assist in maintaining a library of reusable design assets and resources.

**Kindergarten Assistant Duties (1:1 Support)**:

- Work closely with children aged 3-6, providing one-on-one support during play, learning, and therapy activities.
- Follow educators’ and therapists’ guidance to support each child’s developmental goals.
- Help with classroom management and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and structured group activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Education, Science, or a related field).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children—especially those with special needs.
- Ability to adapt and multitask between design and classroom responsibilities.
- Previous experience in education, special needs, or design is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of child development or early childhood education.
- Basic knowledge of special education strategies or therapy approaches.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
