**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the reception.
- Maintain front office operations, visitor logs, and daily records.
- Support the sales and admin teams with routine office coordination tasks.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports using **MS Excel**.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- **2-4 years of experience** as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
- **Job Timings**:10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + 6 days working**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Punjabi (preferred)
