We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Admission Counsellor** to guide students through the admission process. This is a full-time on-site position, where the counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about courses, career paths, and the benefits of studying at our institution. The Admission Counsellor will offer excellent customer service to potential students and assist them in making informed decisions regarding their education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide clear and accurate information to prospective students about available courses, career options, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- **Counselling**: Offer personalized career counselling to students, helping them choose the right course based on their interests and aspirations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns from both students and parents.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth admission process and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain reports related to admissions, conversions, and student feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Post Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Fresher or a minimum of **1 year of experience** in education, sales, insurance, FMCG, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in **education counselling** or a similar role would be a plus.
- A passion for working with students and a keen interest in helping them make important academic decisions.
