**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled **Respiratory Therapist** to provide advanced respiratory care to patients in critical care, emergency, and inpatient settings. The role involves administering therapeutic treatments, managing ventilators, and supporting physicians in pulmonary procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess patients with respiratory issues and initiate appropriate therapy as per physician’s orders.
- Administer oxygen therapy, nebulization, chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and other respiratory care procedures.
- Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and other life support equipment.
- Assist during intubation, bronchoscopy, and other respiratory-related procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, therapy administered, and equipment usage.
- Monitor arterial blood gases (ABG) and make ventilator adjustments accordingly.
- Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Educate patients and caregivers about respiratory conditions and home care equipment if needed.
- Coordinate with ICU, emergency, and ward staff for timely and effective respiratory interventions.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Respiratory Therapy / Respiratory Care Technology.
- 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment, preferably in critical care settings.
- Proficient in managing ventilators, ABG interpretation, and advanced respiratory procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Familiarity with infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of NABH protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,531.53 - ₹39,891.12 per month
