**Job Title**: Territory Sales Incharge
**Location**: Ganganagar, Rajasthan
**Industry**: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
**Preferred If experience in Detergents & Tea Product**
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow sales of detergent and tea products in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and develop distributors and retailers in the Ganganagar area.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective route planning and field execution.
- Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and competitor activities in the local market.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and promotion of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to the sales manager for strategy improvement.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers.
- Train and motivate channel partners to achieve their targets.
- **Experience**: 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably in detergent, tea, or similar product categories).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge of the Ganganagar region
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- **Language**: Local language and basic Hindi proficiency required.
