**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Support the team on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring transactions.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters to clients across various sectors.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and securities laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Assist in due diligence processes for transactions, including the review and analysis of legal documents.
- Liaise with clients to understand their legal needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and other documentation required for corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with third parties, including regulatory authorities, when necessary.
- Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Qualified Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, regulatory framework, and industry practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Associate: 2 years (preferred)
