We are seeking an empathetic and knowledgeable Education Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. The Education Counselor will be responsible for advising students on course selections, career options, higher education opportunities, and providing support in navigating academic challenges. The role requires an understanding of the education system, student needs, and the ability to create a positive and supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Counseling: Advise students on academic requirements, course selection, and course load, ensuring they meet graduation and certification requirements.

Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring potential career paths, understanding job market trends, and aligning academic choices with career goals.

Personal Counseling: Offer support for personal and emotional issues affecting academic performance, providing a safe space for students to discuss challenges.

Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct assessments of students’ interests, skills, and abilities to help them make informed decisions regarding their education and career.

Workshops & Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and group sessions on topics like study skills, time management, exam preparation, and career readiness.

Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure that students are receiving holistic support.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and any action plans created.

Stay Informed: Keep updated on trends in education, career planning, and student well-being, incorporating new resources into counseling practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
