**Job Title**: Commis Chef - Continental Cuisine (Level 1/2/3)

**Location**: Sakinaka and Turbhe

**Salary**: 15,000 to ₹18,000 in-hand per month + PF & ESIC benefits

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes, such as pasta, soups, salads, and grilled items, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Handle food plating and presentation to ensure appealing visual standards.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Support senior chefs during busy meal services and ensure timely dish preparation.
- Help with mise en place (pre-preparation tasks like chopping, marinating, etc.).
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist in tracking and replenishing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Help in receiving and storing deliveries as per safety guidelines.
- **Hygiene and Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in continental cuisine (Commis 2/3 level).
- **Education**: Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred.
- Monthly salary of ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 in-hand.
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) provided.
