Gateway Platforms Pvt Ltd (GPPL) is a multifaceted organization with several verticals under its umbrella, including Gateway Enterprises, EDGE Community, TEDxGateway, REFASH, and Indiashield Foundation. **Inside the Content Research Team**

**What You will do Everyday?**
- Conduct in-depth research to discover compelling content across diverse fields.
- Categorize, rate, and showcase acquired content with a critical eye for quality and impact.
- Identify and collect suitable digital material from credible online sources.
- Pitch and discuss content ideas with the team for all TEDxGateway events.
- Reach out to changemakers and industry experts to enrich our content lineup.
- Collaborate closely with the team lead during every step of research, documentation, and coordination.
- Work with speakers to develop and present the most interesting ideas for TEDxGateway events.
- Collaborate with the curator to ensure consistently fascinating and engaging TEDxGateway programs.
- Assist speakers in delivering their talks for TEDxGateway salons, sessions, and related events.
- Take on other duties and special projects as assigned from time to time.

- Understanding of content curation and the ability to "sniff" out compelling content.
- Previous experience in speaker management, coordination, content writing, editing & publishing is a bonus.
- If you have trained speakers or given talks yourself, that's a plus

**Working Hours**

Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm (Closer to the event, we work on weekends too)

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
