Job Title: X-ray Technician

Location: Suburban Diagnostics, Thane Kasarvadavali

Experience: 1-3 years

Reports to: Radiology Department Head

Job Summary:
Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures, operate radiology equipment, and maintain patient care standards in compliance with AERB guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical:
1. Conduct X-ray imaging procedures (e.g., chest, abdominal, orthopedic).

2. Position patients for optimal image quality.

3. Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.

4. Monitor patient vital signs and comfort.

Technical:
1. Adjust equipment settings for optimal image quality.

2. Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation.

3. Troubleshoot equipment issues.

Safety and Quality:
1. Adhere to AERB guidelines and radiation safety protocols.

2. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of radiology department.

Patient Care:
1. Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients.

2. Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.

3. Respond to patient concerns and emergencies.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiography (DRIT/BRIT).

Registration:
1. Registered with Maharashtra State Paramedical Council.

**Experience**:
1. 1-3 years of experience in X-ray technology.

**Skills**:1. Proficient in operating X-ray equipment.

2. Knowledge of radiation safety and protection.

3. Effective communication and patient care skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
