**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate _strong knowledge and extensive sourcing experience in trims, threads, and accessories such as hangtags, woven labels, brand labels to identify and secure the best materials for the organization._
- _Demonstrate a deep understanding of apparel products, trends, and manufacturing processes to make informed sourcing decisions._
- _Renowned contacts of Woven label producers, Certified hangtag producers, hangtag cords producers, barcode producers and other accessories manufacturers._
- _Conduct thorough market analysis to identify niche market opportunities and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly._
- _Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships._
- _Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness._
- _Pay meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of sourcing, procurement, and documentation._
- _Thrive in a growth-focused and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business needs._
- _Possess exceptional mathematical skills for accurate cost analysis and budgeting_
- _Provide Leadership assistnace within the sourcing team and mentoring junior team members when necessary._

**Qualification**:

- _Proven working experience of sourcing merchandising with minimum 3 -5 years_
- _Bachelors in têxtile/Apparel/ Supply chain management or relevant field_
- **Skills**:_
- _Strong apparel knowledge and sourcing trends_
- _Niche market analysis_
- _Excellent negotiation skill_
- _Vendor management & Vendor relationship management_
- _Attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Computer skills on MS Office_

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
