**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assessment & Diagnosis**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's motor skills, physical development, and overall physical health.
- Work with parents and caregivers to understand the child’s history, challenges, and goals for therapy.
- Evaluate and diagnose conditions affecting mobility, posture, balance, strength, and coordination.
- Identify specific needs related to developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and congenital anomalies.
- **Treatment Planning**:
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Set realistic short
- and long-term goals for rehabilitation, functional improvements, and prevention of further complications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and doctors, to ensure holistic care.
- **Therapy Sessions**:
- Provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions using age-appropriate techniques, exercises, and activities.
- Use therapeutic modalities such as therapeutic exercises, massage, movement therapies, and play therapy to improve motor function.
- Educate children and caregivers on exercises, mobility aids, posture correction, and the importance of physical activity for long-term health.
- **Monitoring & Progress Evaluation**:
- Regularly monitor the progress of each child in therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient progress, concerns, and feedback to ensure continued care and improvement.
- Provide clear communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress, recommendations, and at-home exercise regimens.
- **Family Education & Support**:
- Educate parents and caregivers on how to support their child’s rehabilitation at home.
- Offer guidance on activities to promote physical development, injury prevention, and the use of assistive devices.
- Provide emotional support to both the child and family to reduce anxiety and stress related to the child's condition.
- **Community Involvement & Professional Development**:
- Participate in workshops, training, and continuing education opportunities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and pediatric conditions.
- Engage in community outreach programs or events to raise awareness of pediatric physiotherapy services.
- Maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, educators, and other therapists to improve the quality of care.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
