**Job Title: Business Growth (Tele Sales) Representative**

**Job Summary**: The Business Growth (Tele Sales) Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue through proactive tele-sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Sales Calls**: Conduct outbound sales calls to engage prospects, understand their needs, and promote our products/services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on company products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
