**Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver transdisciplinary units of inquiry aligned with the Programme of Inquiry (POI).
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that reflects IB values.

**Assessment & Reporting**
- Use varied assessment strategies (formative and summative) to monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare student progress reports and portfolios in line with IB standards.
- Facilitate student-led conferences and exhibitions.

**Collaboration & Professional Growth**
- Work collaboratively with colleagues during grade-level and PYP planning meetings.
- Contribute to curriculum development and reflection processes.
- Participate in IB-recognized professional development and school-based training.
- Engage in continuous self-reflection to enhance teaching practice.

**Community & Communication**
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student learning and well-being.
- Encourage parent involvement in the learning process.
- Model the IB Learner Profile attributes and foster them in students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
