**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to businesses and prospects to promote Microsoft license offerings.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate Microsoft product solutions.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close leads and meet sales targets.
- Explain pricing, packages, and benefits of Microsoft licenses clearly and confidently.
- Stay updated on Microsoft products, offers, and licensing terms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telecalling, telesales, or IT product sales.
- Fluency in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English** is a must.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Office 365, Windows, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and explain technical terms in simple language.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
