**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- To work on financial modelling based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.
- Prepare financial statements, GAAP, and cost accounting principles
- To collect, analyse and interpret financial data using various financial valuation methods, such as **DCF**, **comparable company analysis**, **capital structure**analysis etc.
- Recommending and implementing processes for improvements to the budget and preparing forecasts for the company
- Manage product pricing, cost analysis, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools, such as Business Intelligence tools
- Analyse and identify data required to support model tracking.
- Prepare valuation of companies, capital structure analysis and comparable companies’ analysis
- Responsible for implementation/review of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Labour laws etc.)
- Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation and Cos. Act compliance.
- Tax audits, filing of returns, department correspondence.
- Computation of Advance Tax, GST & other statutory liabilities
- Preparation of financial statements - Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements.
- Technically well-versed in the field of Process Audit, Internal audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit and Conducting audits under various statutes (Statutory, Internal, Forensics, Tax) along-with Due diligence, Process audits and compliance health checks.
- Qualified CA or dropout having relevant exposure of 1-2 years’ experience in any reputed firm.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably internal audit, consulting or advisory firm.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to Finalize Annual Reports/ Accounts, work on financial projections and modelling.
- Proven experience in the field of Audit and Compliance
- Must be able to evaluate, file, compile and present tax audit reports.
- Proven experience in balance sheet drafting
- Ability to undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization’s financial position)
- Should have Problem-solving skills to determine where errors might be occurring or to suggest ideas that would benefit the clients.
- Advanced knowledge of tally and excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
