**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients for appointments, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to services, appointments, reports, etc.
- Explain available healthcare services, health packages, and special offers to patients.
- Maintain and update patient database with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments with doctors, diagnostic tests, and other medical services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (doctors, lab, reception) to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure excellent patient service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the team lead/supervisor.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and stay organized under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience as a telecaller/customer care executive in the healthcare or service industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
