**Position Overview**:
We are seeking experienced Mechanics to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare detailed reports on damaged vehicles (due to accidents) and second-hand vehicles going to auction. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial as these reports directly impact the purchasing decisions of potential bidders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and assess vehicles for damage, particularly those involved in accidents or intended for auction.
- Create detailed, accurate reports documenting the condition of each vehicle, including mechanical issues, body damage, and any other relevant observations.
- Communicate findings effectively, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the reports.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and auction houses.
- Follow established protocols for reporting and inspection processes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure that all inspections are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive mechanics, with a focus on vehicle assessments and repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,245.00 - ₹57,060.00 per month
