Secretaries and administrators play a supportive role in organisations where they are employed to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include: (position open for Kolkata - West Bengal)
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases
- prioritising workloads
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- logging or processing bills or expenses
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- recruiting, training and supervising junior staff.

A Female Graduate with a minimum experience of 3 years and able to communicate and correspond may apply.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
