**Product & Support Executive**

**Location: Lucknow**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**CTC: 15,000 - 18,000 per month**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our educational platform by handling key backend operational tasks such as PDF uploads, test uploads, and scheduling live classes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload and manage PDF's of Class on the internal platform.
- Upload and configure online tests, ensuring accuracy in formatting, question input, and answer settings.
- Schedule and coordinate live classes, including communicating with instructors, managing calendars.
- Ensure all content is uploaded and scheduled according to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain records of uploads, schedules, and operational workflows for internal reporting.
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless user and educator experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Mass comm).
- Should be confident and creative.
- Familiarity with content management systems or learning management platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable with basic tech tools like Google Workspace, Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
