Bonjour group is seeking a talented and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, your primary role would be in driving sales, optimizing product assortments, and enhancing the overall customer experience. If you have a penchant for retail, have a keen eye for product selection and good co-ordination skills, we look forward to hearing from you

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead sourcing of new vendors and production of related product.
- Coordinate with the design team for a better and faster process.
- Coordinate with sales for product review and planning.
- Adhere to quality parameters and timelines of production as per guidelines.
- Managed job workers/outsourcing.
- Manage payments and account receivables from customers.
- Resolve buyers’ queries related with developments, sampling, approvals, order confirmation, production and dispatch.
- Tracking inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management and clean up unwanted items from flagrant violations in-store decorum.
- Should have practical knowledge of garments
- To be able to deal with all buyers.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of woven and knitted products is a plus.
- Independent, Self Driven and Self Motivated.

**Experience**
- 4-5 Years
- Any graduate can apply

**Salary**: ₹45,833.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
