**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on audience engagement and brand awareness for Captain Fresh and its house of brands globally- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content for social media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, Tech, HR and stakeholders of acquired companies, to create content that supports overall business objectives.
- Keep yourself updated with seafood industry trends in B2B landscape to identify content opportunities
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, maintaining consistency for each of the brands under Captain Fresh umbrella
- Develop strong business acumen to better understand seafood market dynamics

Experience/Skill Set:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role with a portfolio/work samples of engaging content across various platforms.
- Bonus points for experience in content writing for the seafood or FnB industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Portfolio of published articles or content samples.
