**Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and gather customer requirements
- Analyse requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives, and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
- Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing, and deployment documentation to support the solution delivery
- Working with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues
- Present Conference Room Pilot showing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations / Dynamics AX solution fit to the customer's needs
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations/ Dynamics AX modules
- Prepare functional specification for customizations required.
- Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users
- Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support.
- Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and coordinate client testing of developed solution
- Plan and perform data migration using DIXF into Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX
- Able to upload and cleanse data to the business solutions using the available data migration tools.
- Update the internal system with the required information on time for project documentation and timesheet information.
- Ensure that the schedule of delivery is managed within the timelines on the project and that the allocated tasks are closed in time along with the right priority.
- Ability to configure the key workflows for the different processes along with the different levels of approvals and notifications.
- Ability to understand and configure the different roles and responsibilities within the security context of a given role.
- Communicate with the senior members of the team to understand the project requirements and scope of work.
- Build a positive working relation with the colleagues and peers.

**Job Qualifications -Experience/Skills**

**Qualifications - Essential**

Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Knowledge or understanding of ERP processes is preferred and considered a value add.

**Work Experience**

8+ Years of experience

**Skills - Essential**
- Implementation and Hands on experience in MS Dynamics D365, AX.
- Hands on experience in Finance modules.
- Basic understanding of HR/Payroll processes in D365.
- Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
- **Should have implemented (end to end) at least 4 D365/AX projects.**:

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the following Functional areas:

- Finance and HR/Payroll modules.
- Data Management Framework (aka DIXF).
- Understanding SCM/Manufacturing/Retail process flows/
- Role-based security design.
- Extensible Data Security.
- Basic understanding of Power platform

**Skills - Desirable**
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012 preferred
- Basic understanding of D365 Architecture.
