Job description

Role & responsibilities:

- Should know Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Full Stack concepts.
- The ability to create course materials and project-based content to engage students.
- **Prior teaching or training experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack Development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
- Teach core Java, advanced Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
- Cover front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Node.js.
- Educate on database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Curriculum Development:

- Develop and update training materials, including course content, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.

Practical Guidance:

- Guide students in developing real-world projects to reinforce their learning.
- Help participants understand the integration of front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

Student Mentorship:

- Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one mentoring to help students achieve their learning goals.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the academic and placement teams to align training with job market requirements.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide career guidance to students.

Workshops & Seminars:

- Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and bootcamps on Full Stack Development.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, assignments, and performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes.

Desired Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Team-oriented, innovative mindset with strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Should possess communication skills (Both Written & Spoken English).
- Passion for technology and the ability to simplify complex topics.

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.

Back-End: Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Hibernate.

Database: MySQL, MongoDB.

DevOps Basics: CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins.

Additional Skills:
Version control (Git/GitHub), Agile methodologies, and debugging.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
