**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design architectural plans, layouts, BOQs, interior designs, elevation drawings, and high-quality renders for luxury villas in Goa.
- Work closely with the Senior Architect and other project team members to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in design meetings and collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of designs.
- Prepare detailed specifications and drawings for construction projects.
- Conduct research and evaluate products, materials, and designs to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and provide input on cost estimating.
- Work within project schedules and budgets.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the luxury villa market.
- Strong design and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with creating high-quality renders using software such as 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,051.15 - ₹33,664.53 per month
