**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the highest quality and standards.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
- **Section Management**:

- Supervise and manage the assigned kitchen section.
- Delegate tasks to junior chefs and commis chefs, providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure the section operates efficiently during service hours.
- **Inventory and Stock Control**:

- Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate replenishment needs.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- **Quality Control and Standards**:

- Ensure that dishes meet the establishment's standards for taste, appearance, and hygiene.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- **Training and Teamwork**:

- Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their skills.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Communicate effectively with other sections and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- **Hygiene and Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the assigned section.
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards as per local regulations.
- Participate in regular kitchen cleaning schedules and inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
