Position Title: Chief Veterinary Surgeon

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform high-volume sterilization surgeries (castration/spaying) and emergency procedures.
- Oversee OPD/IPD operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and post-operative care.
- Supervise and mentor junior veterinarians, paravets, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with ABC (Animal Birth Control) protocols and government regulations.
- Maintain detailed medical records and surgical logs.
- Coordinate with rescue teams and NGOs for treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Manage anesthesia protocols and ensure patient safety during procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in veterinary surgery, preferably in high-volume settings.
- Expertise in small animal surgery, trauma care, and critical treatment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern surgical equipment and veterinary technology.
- Compassionate approach to animal care and ethical treatment.
