**Full Job Description**

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within our organization's electronic systems or computer software. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of Excel and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Accurate Data Entry**:

- Enter data into the system with precision and accuracy, avoiding errors that could impact data quality.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before inputting into the system.

**2. Data Verification**:

- Cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information, escalating issues as necessary.

**3. Maintain Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access to confidential data.

**4. Timely Data Entry**:

- Work efficiently to complete data entry tasks within established deadlines.
- Communicate any delays or challenges in meeting deadlines to relevant stakeholders.

**5. Generate Reports**:

- Utilize Excel and other tools to generate reports that provide insights into business operations.
- Identify trends and discrepancies in data to produce meaningful reports for decision-making purposes.

**6. Communication Skills**:

- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide clear and concise updates on data entry progress and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Proficient in using computer systems, software, and tools, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete data entry assignments efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
