**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of statistical programmers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Oversee the development and validation of SAS programs for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all statistical programming activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for statistical programming tasks.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistical outputs.
- Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of statistical programming processes and methodologies.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Participate in the review and approval of statistical analysis plans and reports.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance statistical programming capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.
- Demonstrate expertise in Statistical Programming with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Have experience in Biostatistics which is considered a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and validating SAS programs.
- Display strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
