Making telephonic conversations with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.
- To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.
- Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.
- Convert leads to admissions.
- Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
- Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.
- Follow-up on the leads till registration.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales or Visa Counseling.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,820.06 - ₹25,529.71 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
