We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Motion artist who is very creative and has a minimum of 5 years experience and who can lead a team of 3 - 10 designers

**Requirements**:
**Design Leadership**:
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Conceptualize and lead the development of high-quality and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, print designs or branding collaterals ranging from logos to infographics including images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the team's design capabilities.

**Project Management:

- **
Collaborate with the agency's account managers, social media strategists, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

Set clear project timelines and milestones, delegating tasks to team members appropriately and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor the progress of design projects, providing feedback and revisions as needed to maintain high-quality output.

**Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

- **
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the design team, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.

Mentor and train junior designers, helping them develop their skills, grow professionally, and contribute effectively to the team's success.

Conduct regular design critiques and provide constructive feedback to help the team improve their design work.

**Quality Control:

- **
Conduct thorough reviews of all design assets produced by the team, ensuring they meet the agency's standards and the client's expectations.

Check for consistency in branding, messaging, and visual elements across different social media channels and campaigns.

**Resource Management:

- **
Manage design resources, such as software, assets, and stock imagery, ensuring the team has access to the necessary tools and materials.

Plan and allocate design resources efficiently to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Performance Evaluation:

- **
Conduct performance evaluations for the designers on your team, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Recognize and reward exceptional performance, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence.

**Innovation and Research:

- **
Encourage innovation and experimentation within the design team, seeking opportunities to implement new design techniques and ideas.

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and design innovations to keep the agency at the forefront of social media design.

**Qualifications & Softwares**:

Bachelors of Fine Arts Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
