We are currently seeking a Automation Tester to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

E2E Testing and Quality Assurance for projects in the Retirement Services & Product Technology workflow including Sprint testing, System Integration Testing & Test Automation activities with the objective to deliver quality product to our clients on time

Scope of Services
Participation in Story Grooming sessions and perform Requirement Analysis on stories
Creating Test Plan (Test Strategy) and Test Scenarios
Translating Test Scenarios to Test Cases (Sprint & E2E) and create Requirement Traceability Matrix
Execution of Functional and Regression Cases
E2E Testing of In Scope Items required for a Release including Sprint Testing
Defect Reporting, Triage and Management through life cycle of defects
Daily and Weekly Status Reporting
Coordination with Onsite leads
Analyze Production Incidents and create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
Create Defect Prevention Strategies based on RCA performed
Updating regression suite every release
Perform thorough testing on fixes for Production Incidents
Design & maintenance of automation scripts & test cases and Execution of automated cases
Continuous Improvement in all aspects of Testing Lifecycle
