Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction or site activities to ensure work progresses as planned.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety rules on site.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain site records (work progress, attendance, material usage).
- Ensure proper usage of tools, machinery, and materials.
- Handle and resolve minor site issues and escalate major problems to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and manage stock at the site.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on work status, manpower, and materials.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates to management.
- Maintain discipline and site regulations among workers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction, interiors, fit-outs, or related fields).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of site safety practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) are a plus.
- Assist in scheduling work and estimating material and manpower needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
