**Job description**

**Paid Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.

**Campaign Management**: Create, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

**Budget Management**: Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).

**Ad Creative**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and creative elements that resonate with the target audience.

**Audience Targeting**: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach the right audience with the right message.

**A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements for optimal performance.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with key metrics and insights. Adjust strategies based on data-driven results.

**Stay Current**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media advertising platforms.

**Compliance**: Ensure all paid campaigns adhere to platform guidelines and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.

Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
