**Position**: Branch Coordinator
**Location**: Pune
**Reporting Line**: Functional/ Solid Line: NA | Administrative (Dotted Line): NA

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- **Information and Data Management (50% of time)**:

- Timely and accurate provision of information/data management.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and other relevant data.
- Manage both electronic and paper-based documentation for the branch.
- Create and maintain letters, communications, and minutes for critical meetings.
- Conduct ERP entries (SOM, end of day, etc.) to update branch-related data in the system.
- Organize work by routing correspondence, collecting information, and initiating telecommunications.
- **Branch Secretarial Support (50% of time)**:

- Assist in planning and preparing periodic meetings and teleconferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the branch head, prepare itineraries, and manage travel records.
- Manage visitors at the branch, schedule appointments, and take messages for critical meetings.
- Assist in creating and revising office correspondence formats and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- **Desired**: Certified Professional Secretary or Certified Administrative Professional.

**Relevant Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles (executive assistant, secretary, or administrative officer).
- Ability to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong communication skills in both written and oral formats.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing deadlines and tasks.
- Proactive and helpful attitude with a “can-do” mindset.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
