On our HIPAA-compliant, digital platform, employees can search for therapists by clinical specialties, cultural competencies and more. Perks of working with us include:

- ₹11,099 per 45-minute therapy session
- Therapists are paid within 2-3 business days.
- In-person & telehealth options (up to you).
- There are no minimum or maximum client numbers. Therapists can accept as many or as few clients as they’d like.
- Therapists are in control of their own schedule.
- We work outside of insurance so no need to be paneled or deal with the hassle of insurance.
- The platform is built by therapists & made to make the process easier.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must be therapists with a practice and must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field and speak basic English to navigate the platform. Therapy sessions can be conducted in your native language
