**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual who can handle both **digital and offline marketing execution** for our beverage brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on — from creating simple social media creatives to coordinating with vendors, organizing sampling activities, and managing small-scale events.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Creative Tasks**
- Create basic social media graphics and posts using **Canva/Photoshop** (no advanced design needed, just clean, brand-aligned posts).
- Coordinate content schedules, captions, and posting on social platforms.
- Assist in influencer outreach: sending product kits, managing lists, follow-ups.

**Vendor & Agency Coordination**
- Communicate with **printing agencies, packaging vendors, and marketing agencies** to ensure deliverables are on time.
- Collect quotations, negotiate rates, and track production progress.
- Handle logistics for product sampling and promotional materials.

**On-Ground Marketing & Events**
- Plan and execute **product sampling activities** at cafés, gyms, events, or colleges.
- Manage small **brand activations** like pop-up stalls or festival presence.
- Supervise interns, promoters, or on-ground teams during activities.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Maintain budgets and expense sheets for campaigns and events.
- Keep records of stock dispatched for events, sampling, or influencers.
- Prepare weekly reports on campaign status, sampling feedback, and social media performance.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or social media (freshers with strong interest/skills can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of **Canva or Photoshop**.
- Highly organized, proactive, and willing to travel locally for events.
- Understanding of Instagram and youth culture is a plus.
