**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel clients on visa processes for study, work, or immigration purposes to various countries.
- Evaluate client eligibility and recommend the appropriate visa options.
- Provide accurate information regarding timelines, procedures, fees, and requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and rules of different countries.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
- Maintain client records, follow up regularly, and ensure a high success rate.
- Support clients in booking appointments, medicals, and interviews as required.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and training sessions when needed.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of visa procedures (Study/Work/Tourist/PR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Travel, or Law background preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online visa portals.
