**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Class XII History (Themes in Indian History I, II & III)** as per CBSE curriculum
- Conduct regular **classroom sessions**, **doubt-clearing classes**, and **test evaluations**:

- Prepare students for **board exams** with focus on **map work**, **source-based questions**, and **long-answer writing**:

- Develop and maintain lesson plans, study materials, and test papers
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents (if required)
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and board pattern changes

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **History** or related field
- B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory for coaching)
- Minimum **1-2 years of teaching experience** (Class XI-XII preferred)
- Strong command over **English or Hindi (or both)**:

- Excellent communication and student engagement skills
- Familiarity with CBSE marking schemes and paper patterns

**Working Hours**:
Flexible / Based on batch schedule (evenings or weekends, if part-time)

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience and qualification (to be discussed during interview)
