**Key Responsibilities for Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging and on-brand content (images, videos, captions) to grow audience reach and engagement.
- Schedule and publish regular posts; monitor audience feedback and respond promptly.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance; use insights to optimize strategies**.**
- **On-Page SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and header tags.
- Ensure proper keyword placement in content, URLs, and images.
- Fix on-page SEO issues like broken links, redirects, and duplicate content.
- **Off-Page SEO & Link Building**:

- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Assist in website audits to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Implement schema markup and structured data.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Assist in optimizing blog content for SEO.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO guidelines.
- **SEO Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Generate reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- **Local SEO (If Required)**:

- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile.
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across local directories.
- **Staying Updated with SEO Trends**:

- Keep up with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 0 - 1 years of experience in social media management, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with leading social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles, on-page/off-page optimization, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,158.17 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
