**Education Qualifications**: Bachelor’s from Secretarial College or in Admin/Coordination

**Experience**: 2-5 Years

**Overview**: To be the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder To undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for the Co-Founder and to ensure the efficient and effective running of their daily business.

**Mandate**: FOR MARRIED FEMALE CANDIDATE WITH AGE GROUP BETWEEN 25-35YRS ONLY

**Requirement**:

- Should have minimum 2yrs experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/COO/Director/MD/ Co-Founder
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Should possess excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Arrange a variety of weekly meetings and when required, take accurate notes. Ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken.
- To undertake additional tasks as directed by the Co-Founder
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Preferably good with shorthand/typing speed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
