We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and drive meaningful results. You will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices to effectively reach and engage our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase followership, and drive traffic to our website or other digital platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising features.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the EdTech sector or experience in marketing for educational products/services is a plus.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in social media marketing.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
