**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Retort Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining retort equipment used in the processing of dairy products.
**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of controlling/handling valves
- Ability to handle and control temperature regularly
- Skilled in controlling pressure
- Skilled in monitoring gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure machine is working properly
- Ability to handle equipment
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- Retort Operator: 2 years (required)
- Dairy Industry: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- ITI Diploma (required)
