**Junior Architect - EPC Design & Build Projects**

**Experience Required**: 2 to 5 years
**Location**: Chennai
**Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior architects in preparing design concepts, working drawings, presentations, and construction documentation.
- Support the development of architectural plans ensuring coordination with structural, MEP, and planning teams.
- Participate in design discussions, workshops, and client meetings to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Prepare and manage architectural documentation for statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits for design implementation checks and coordination with execution teams.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, detailing, and material specifications.
- Good design sense, drafting accuracy, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (or eligibility to register).
- Exposure to EPC Design & Build or large-scale government projects will be an advantage.
