**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other content for the company website and social media.
- Assist in the creation of visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaigns.

3. **SEO and SEM**:

- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors.
- Support in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

5. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Assist in monitoring website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Compile and present reports on various digital marketing activities.
- Use data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

6. **General Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
